At InspireU, our core values are at the heart of what we do and help guide our choices and actions.

Each month, we shine a spotlight on one of our core values and recognise team members who truly embody it. In October we proudly celebrated our Core Value Award Winners for Resilience.

At InspireU, our values shape a friendly, supportive and hard-working environment where everyone is encouraged to take on challenges and make positive change.

Resilience is all about adapting, persevering and growing stronger when things get tough. It means bouncing back, learning from setbacks and inspiring others through steady determination.

What makes these awards especially meaningful is that nominations come directly from InspireU staff. This peer-led approach ensures the people showing resilience every day are recognised by the colleagues who see their efforts first-hand.

A huge congratulations to our Resilience Award recipients. Your positivity and strength make a real difference across InspireU.
