Celebrating Positivity: InspireU recognises March Core Value Award winners
At InspireU, our core values are central to everything we do, guiding our decisions, behaviours and the way we support both learners and colleagues.
Each month, we highlight one of our core values and recognise team members who consistently demonstrate it in their work. In March, we were proud to celebrate our Core Value Award winners for Positivity.
Positivity at InspireU is about maintaining an optimistic outlook, uplifting others and persevering even when faced with difficulties. It means viewing challenges as opportunities, spreading encouragement and inspiring everyone with a cheerful and supportive attitude.
What makes these awards particularly meaningful is that nominations come directly from InspireU staff.
This peer-led approach ensures that those who demonstrate innovation every day are recognised by colleagues who see the impact of their work first-hand.
We are delighted to congratulate our March Positivity Award recipients.
