InspireU has a series of open days coming up across the county. This is a great opportunity for you to come along to your nearest site and find out more about our post 16 offer.

InspireU is a dynamic arm of Lincolnshire County Council Children's Services, dedicated to empowering young people throughout Lincolnshire. We guide and uplift each learner towards their fullest potential, whether it's advancing to further or higher education, securing an apprenticeship, or diving into rewarding employment opportunities.

InspireU has sites in Boston, Grantham, Lincoln, Louth, Ruskington, Skegness and Spalding, where we ignite passion through delivering 'Study Programmes', and ’Supported Internships' to young people aged 16-24, which includes a comprehensive curriculum intertwining core subjects like maths and English GCSEs, preparation for adulthood with rewarding community projects and engaging extracurricular activities.

Our dedicated SEND support, alongside a compassionate pastoral team and experienced wellbeing coaches, ensures that every individual's unique needs are met with understanding and care.

InspireU operates a roll on roll off education provision that is open 46 weeks of the year. InspireU is open to referrals from both internal LCC colleagues and potential learners and outside agencies, can also make direct enquiries and applications.
