Pastoral and well-being support

At InspireU we have three rules we ask all learners to follow, these are:

• Ready 
• Respectful
• Safe

Ready for learning, Respectful of others and your learning environment and Safe within your learning environment. 

We aim to build a positive education climate with supportive relationships with all our learners, with clear routines, and positive noticing of the smallest and greatest achievements. 

There may be times when we need to meet with you to discuss your behaviour; in these meetings you will be given the opportunity to share your experiences and concerns. We will work together on a strategy, so you are ready for learning again.
