Work experience
Our careers team supports you in identifying the career route you would like to follow. If you are unsure, you will have the opportunity to try different work sectors to find something you enjoy. Work placements or voluntary hours can range from one-day taster sessions to up to twelve months in duration. Job coach support is available if learners require help to settle into the placement. We provide a free comprehensive support package to the young person and the employer throughout the placement.
