Ways to get involved

We offer flexible and tailored opportunities for employers to engage with InspireU learners:

• Work experience and supported internships - host a learner for a short-term placement or longer-term internship. InspireU provides full support to ensure a positive experience for both the learner and your team.
• Enterprise projects - collaborate with learners on real-world enterprise initiatives. This year, we’re working with Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance on their exciting Heliraiser campaign.
• Career events and talks - join us for our annual Careers Week, participate in one of our four Careers Fairs, or deliver a talk to inspire learners about your industry and career pathways.
• Virtual engagement - offer virtual work experience, online Q&A sessions, or digital tours of your workplace to broaden access and engagement.
• Support with mock interviews - we regularly invite local employers and professionals to participate in mock interviews, giving learners the chance to experience authentic interview scenarios and receive industry-specific advice. These sessions also help employers connect with emerging talent and support inclusive recruitment practices.
